Use nightly, once or twice a week. Julie recommends using this product at night after thoroughly cleansing the skin. When you first start this product, you may experience a slight stinging sensation, redness, dryness, and flaking. This is normal.
Limit your exposure to the sun and always use sunscreens while using any product with retinol or lactic acid. These ingredients can make your skin more sensitive to the sun and lead to sunburns.
