Skincare You Can Create In Your Kitchen

Our Three favorite anti aging ingredients/ mini treatments that you can create in your kitchen are:

1. Baking soda
Did you know that baking soda can help to fizzes off blackheads? Yes. If your skin been exposed to the dirty air, the pore opening can easily get oxidized the opening turns black. Take a tablespoon of powder, mix with little water and apply on the area. Massage in a circular motion for a minute and rinse.

2. Avocado
Great as a mask and as an exfoliator. You can do this in one go.

Exfoliant: The outer part of an Avocado is perfect as an exfoliator. It helps to remove dead skin cells. On moist skin, use the course part and rub on the skin gently. Avoid the eye areas.

Mask: Mash 1/2 of ripe avocado, 1 tbs of lemon juice and 1 tsp of coconut oil. Apply on skin, relax and allow the nutrient to nourish the skin.

3. Apple Cider Vinegar
For dull looking skin

1/2 cup of Organic apple cider vinegar, 1 cup of distilled water, 1/2 of brewed Peppermint tea. Mix in a bottle and use as a daily face toner. Refreshing and brightening effect.
